We're happy to announce Joe's Bread is back, available fresh Friday and Saturday this week! And, if you have a soft spot for baking your own sourdough, we recommend trying Janie's Mill sourdough pizza recipe; it's very tasty! Check it out on our website or swing by our farm store for your own printout, along with over 20 varieties of fresh, local, organic, stoneground Janie's Mill flours. And, if you don't feel like baking this weekend, we have you covered — Joe's Bread uses Janie's Mill flour too!

Stop by our store this week and grab some of our freshly stocked meats, produce, and pantry favorites.

Produce

This week’s produce includes:

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Mushrooms (Chef's Sampler of fresh varieties)

  • Onions

  • Potatoes (Fingerling & Kennebec's)

  • Squash (Butternut)

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Mixed Greens (limited supply)

  • Swiss Chard (limited supply)

  • and more!

Our green leafy vegetables are growing slower this time of year and will rise and fall from week to week, but we continue to work to have needed quantities as spring approaches!

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!
