Fresh Produce
Our produce is naturally grown with care — and without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. It’s all GMO-free and we offer many heirloom selections. We raise a variety of selections on our small family farm in Kouts. We often offer selections from other small farms who follow the same standards we do, like Fairstream Farms of North Judson.
Selection varies by season, but some of the items we raise include a variety of lettuces, kale, mustard greens, chard, bok choy, tomatoes, melons, grapes, cucumber, zucchini/summer squash, a variety of hard squashes and pumpkins, eggplant, pole beans, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, beets, and herbs. Thanks to our hoop house, we're able to offer salad greens almost all year around.
