Lambing season

Lambing season is beginning and we're being greeted by healthy newcomers! Read more about our grass-fed lamb.

All our livestock are raised on pasture (plus some wooded areas for the pigs), and we don't use hormones or antibiotics.

We have the following locally, sustainably sourced produce this week:

  • sweet potatoes

  • honey boat delicata squash

  • longkeeper onions

  • carrots

  • sunchokes

  • fresh mushrooms (including Maitake, Bianco Nebrodini, Forest Nameko, Alba or Brown Clamshell, Trumpet Royale or chef's samplers with an excellent mix)

  • potatoes (limited supply)
