See Our New Lambs (+ This Week's Meat & Veggies)

Our lambs and ewes love roaming the pastures even in the cold of winter. The ewes only head into the barn when they need water, hay, and a mix of organic minerals and grains we provide them during lambing season. We hope to have 20 new lambs joining the crew soon!

Stop by our store this week and grab some of our freshly stocked meats, produce, and pantry favorites. Remember, we're open an extra day through winter: Wed-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-4.

Produce

This week’s produce includes:

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Cabbage (Green)

  • Herbs (fresh)

  • Lettuce (limited supply of Head Lettuce & Mixed Lettuce)

  • Mushrooms (fresh)

  • Onions

  • Potatoes (Fingerling, Red Nolans & Pontiacs)

  • Squash (Butternut & Hubbard)

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Swiss Chard

  • and more!

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally! 

Meat Availability

This week’s options (while supplies last) include:

  • Beef Prime Steaks: Rib eye, Filet Mignon, T-Bone/Porterhouse, Sirloin & NY Strip (Club)

  • Beef Savory Steaks: Skirt,  Mock Tenderloin, Swiss, Cubed, Round, Eye of Round, Top, and Bottom

  • Beef Roasts: Prime Rib (boneless and bone in) are back!! Chuck, Arm, Sirloin Tip, Rump, Eye of Round, and other Round Roasts

  • Beef: Ground, Patties (3 or 4 per package), Stew Meat, Soup Bones, Shank Bones, Tallow, Organ Meats, and more!

  • Pork: Limited supply of Sausage including Italian, Brat, and Breakfast from butcher's organic spice blends. Loin Chops (thick and thin), Sirloin Chops, Ground, and other cuts: Neck Bones, Soup Bones, Organ Meats, Back Fat (Great for making your own lard or using just like it is to grease your skillet!!), Smoked Ham Hocks, and a very limited supply of Pork Belly and Jowl Bacon (only able to offer 1 per purchase).

  • Lamb: Shoulder, Arm, Neck, Leg Roasts, Meaty Shanks, Rib & Shoulder Chops, Ground, Organ Meats, Soup Bones

  • Goat: Shoulder, Arm, Neck, Leg Roasts, Meaty Shanks, Rib & Loin Chops, Shoulder & Leg Chops (including sirloin), Ground, Stew Meat, Organ Meats, Soup Bones — If you haven't tried goat before, this is an excellent chance! Like lamb, it's healthy, delicious, & nutritious!! It's slightly less gamey than lamb and considered a delicacy in France, Spain, and Italy. Maybe it's time to add it to that special dish you've been planning or your favorite curry dish! Start small with a pound of stew meat, ground meat, or a couple of loin chops!! Act fast! We only have a limited supply!!

  • Chicken: Whole, Cut-ups (boneless/skinless & bone-in skin on breast, drumsticks, wings, whole chickens cut into pieces upon request for next week), Soup Bones (necks, backs, feet), and Organ Meats (gizzards, liver, heart)

  • Turkey: Limited Supply of Drumsticks, Wings, Necks, Gizzards, Hearts, Livers, and Feet.
