New flavor alert! 🚨🌭 We just added British Curry and Cajun to our pastured pork sausage collection and they are SO good. All 10 varieties use organic spices from Teeny Tiny Spice Co. including your favorites like Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, The Real Vermonter’s Maple, Mild Breakfast, Ethiopian Berbere, Fresh Kielbasa, Oaxacan Adobo, and Merguez. These high-quality sausages are versatile and make for an easy weeknight dinner to include in veggie bakes, soups, or grilled on the pan. Produce

This week’s fresh harvest includes more from our hoop gardens and our partner gardens, yes, even with the cold winter temps: 

  • Beets

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots—sweet, crisp, and scrumptious! Straight from our nutrient dense soil!

  • Garlic—very limited supply now!

  • Herbs—Many dried options, fresh are re-growing in our hoops! 

  • Lettuce & Mixed Greenswill be back next week! We are waiting one more week before exposing our juveniles to this cold so that we can harvest efficiently!

  • Mushrooms—bulk Maitake Frondosa or Chef’s Sampler (mix of Trumpet Royale, Grey Oysters, Alba and Brown Clamshells)

  • Onions

  • Potatoes—Fingerlings, Kennebecs, and Purple . . . amazing flavor! 

  • Pumpkins and other Winter Squash (and gourde) varieties including winter luxury pumpkins, autumn frost, very limited supply of honey boat delicata, full-size butternut, green and cream—Thelma Sanders—acorn, Musqee de Provance (Fairytale Pumpkins), spaghetti squash and more! 

  • Sweet Potatoes

    As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!

  • Grass-fed, organic, non-homogenized, low heat pasteurized cow's milk, butter (Small Acres Specialty Farms tub butter only—Kalona Supernatural no longer offers their stick butter due to cream shortages), cheese (cottage, GGC sharp cheddar, semi-soft, washed rind cheese, Alpine style premium reserves and a variety of others), French Dip, Kefir (plain), sour cream, whipping cream, and yogurt!

Exciting things in store this week, while supplies last!!

  • Joe's Bread: Fresh Sourdough Bread Daily and this week we're hopeful we'll have his fresh brioche buns (hamburger and sausage / hotdog) by Wednesday and bagels by Saturday!! We also hope to have some of his bone broth made with our all-grass-fed beef bones back by Thursday or Friday this week! And we'll keep trying to keep up with this demand from week-to-week!
