As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!
Meat Availability
This week’s options (while supplies last) include:
Beef Prime Steaks: Sirloin, Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, NY Strip (boneless), Bone In NY Strip
Beef Savory (low and slow) Steaks: Swiss, Cubed, Round, Eye of Round, Top, and Bottom, Sirloin Tip, Hanging Tender
Beef Roast/Bone Options: Rump, Sirloin Tip, Short Ribs, Shank Bones, Stew Meat, Soup Bones,
Beef Ground and Patties (3 or 4/pkg)
Pork: Variety of Sausage including Italian, Polish, Brat, Breakfast from our butcher's organic spice blends and some specialty from Teeny Tiny Spice organic blends! Limited supply of Pork Boston Butt Roasts, Chops, Sirloin Chops, and other cuts that have been out of stock. Neck Bones, Soup Bones, Organ Meats, and Back Fat. Smoked Ham Hocks (the rest of the smoked pork, such as pork belly bacon, jowl bacon, and hams, are scheduled to be available by Wednesday the 18th of November but depends on the expertise of our butcher who decides when the smoke is complete)
Lamb: Shoulder Chops, Ground, Patties, Stew Meat, Soup Bones
Goat: Shoulder (including blade and arm), Leg Chops (including sirloin), Ground, Soup Bones
Chicken: Whole, Ground, Cut-ups, Soup bones (necks, backs, feet), and Organ Meats (Gizzards, Liver, Heart)
Turkey — Necks, Gizzards, Hearts, Livers. Limited Whole and Cut-ups (including breast, drumsticks, wings, etc.) (Last week to order a whole bird to make sure you don't miss it)
