Bacon and ham are back in stock!  We've got smoked jowl bacon, pork belly bacon, ham, and ham hocks all ready for you — while supplies last. 

Thank you for bearing with us these last few weeks. Pannage (forest-raised) pork takes extra time and effort, and we appreciate your patience and loyalty. We believe it's well worth the wait — better for the pigs, better for the earth, better for you, and definitely delicious!

Produce

We continue to have locally, sustainably sourced sweet potatoes, honey boat delicata and butternut squash, longkeeper onions, mixed greens, carrots, fresh mushrooms including Maitake, Bianco Nebrodini, Forest Nameko, Alba or Brown Clamshell, Trumpet Royale or chef's samplers with an excellent mix, and a limited supply and mix of potatoes.
