Produce

This week’s fresh harvest includes a growing offering from our gardens! Don't forget, this is a great time to cleanse and replenish for the spring! We've got plenty of leaf lettuce, mixed greens, spinach, and other green leafy offerings bursting from the soil and ready to give you all the nutrient dense gifts your body needs right now: 

  • Arugula

  • Beets—baby beets with tops and larger without tops

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Garlic—very limited!

  • Herbs—Fresh (dill, celery, chives, etc.) and dried options available!

  • Leaf Lettuce

  • Mixed Greens—endive, mixed leaf lettuce, kale, spinach, and other baby greens

  • Mushrooms—Fresh Chef’s Sampler (mix of Maitake Frondosa, Trumpet Royale, Grey Oysters, Alba and Brown Clamshells) as well as bulk Maitake Frondosa and many dried options available every day we're open!​

  • Potatoes 

  • Pumpkins and other Winter Squash (and gourde) varieties including autumn frost and Musquee de Provence (Fairytale Pumpkins) and more! 

  • Radish—baby radish with tops

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Turnips

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops  that are tricky to grow naturally!

Dairy & Eggs

This week’s options include:

  • Grass-fed, organic, non-homogenized, low heat pasteurized cow's milk (from both Kalona Supernatural and Small Acres Specialty Farms this week!), butter  (Small Acres Specialty Farms tub butter only), cheese (cottage, GGC sharp cheddar, and Alpine style premium reserve), French Dip, kefir, sour cream, whipping cream, and yogurt (vanilla and plain this week)! 

  • Chicken and Duck eggs this week!
