If you’re looking for more diversity and adventure in your diet look no further than our farm store. We are proud to grow and source unique crops such as Giant Green Celery and Sprouted Broccoli (with florets) — which is packed full of fiber, glucoraphanin, protein, vitamins (especially C), and other nutrients – along with other seasonal staples. When you shop local and directly from farmers your produce is fresher than what you can find at the average grocery store and you get the added benefits of a specialty and heirloom selection!

Produce
We are excited to say that this week’s fresh harvest includes a growing number of delicious produce options! If you can't make it in until Saturday, please put a pre-order in so that we can either reserve some of the harvest from earlier in the week or harvest again and have it waiting fresh for you.
Asparagus!—We ran out and re-harvested twice last week! This is a crop that has been impacted by the amount of rain we've received this spring. So, this week, we will have more. But, if you're determined to get asparagus, please pre-order!!
Arugula!--Some spicy hot Wasabi Arugula too!
Beets! Big, beautiful tops included!!—Here again, we're harvesting daily on order so, please pre-order!
Blueberries (frozen)
Cucumbers—First of the season!! Enjoy an added crunch to your healthy salads with this delicious addition to any meal! Please pre-order to ensure you get some!
Frisee endive—Great for your seasonal detox programs!!
Green Garlic—Delicious and fresh!
Green Onions—Nice healthy bunches!!
Herbs—Fresh chives, mint (multiple varieties), dill, Chinese giant red celery, and some surprises!! Many dried options!
Horseradish
Kale (Lacinato and Curly)
Lettuce (baby lettuce mix or whole heads, Romaine—red or green, and Butterhead included)—our customers say that the mix is the gift that just keeps giving! Plenty for several delicious salads or to dress your favorite sandwich! The heads are full and have a delicious crunch.
Mixed greens—kale, Swiss Chard, sprouted broccoli, and other greens!
Mushrooms—Fresh, locally harvested shiitake, winecaps, Chef's Sampler Mix (Alba, Brown, Maitake, and Oyster varieties) as well as dried Maitake and shiitake options (caps or sliced)!! For those of you who have been patiently waiting for morels, our intrepid, certified mushroom hunter did have a few this week but they were too inspiring to share . . . so, we wait a little longer and hopefully will have a few next week!!
Mustard Greens—bitter is better! Benefit from this and all our bitter greens this week!
Onions—dried (large)
Potatoes (newly dug, small, purple or red options!!)
Rhubarb
Spinach—enjoy nice healthy leaves full of micronutrients from the soil!
Sprouted Broccoli (with florets)— Sprinkle over your salads and other dishes for an ultimate health boost and flavor! Delicious steamed with lemon juice and olive oil too!

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!
Dairy & Eggs
This week’s options include:
A2 protein/grass-fed cow's milk, butter, buttermilk, cheese (cottage, sharp, aged cheddar, semi-soft, washed rind cheese, traditional tomme, semi-firm, smear-ripened, Alpine style premium reserves and a variety of others), French Dip, Kefir (plain), sour cream, yogurt (plain & vanilla), and whipping cream!
Chicken & Duck eggs! If you must have and can't make it in until Saturday, please pre-order so that we can reserve at least 1 dozen! We can rarely reserve more than a dozen at a time, but you are welcome to ask, and we can try!

Beef Prime Steaks: We've re-stocked Thick cut Filets, NY Strips, Ribeyes and thinner cut sirloin steaks this week!
Beef Savory Steaks: Cubed, Flank, Round (Top, Bottom, and Whole), Skirt, and Tri-Tip Steaks!
Beef Roasts: Sirloin Tip and Short Ribs!
Beef Grill Options: Ground Beef, Patties (3 or 4/pkg), Suet (for getting your skillet hot, with flavor), and more! We're also carrying The Brooklyn Hot Dog Company dogs: All Beef or Beef & Pork!
Beef Stew & Organ Meat Options: Soup Bones, Organ Meats (this week: kidney, we hope to re-stock next week)! Respect the whole animal and enjoy the health benefits! Ask our team what makes the organ meats so special!
Chicken (frozen for the season): Whole and Cut-ups (breasts—currently boneless/skinless only, drums, leg quarters, thighs—boneless or bone-in options, and wings), Ground Chicken, Soup Bones (necks and backs) and Organ Meats (liver & gizzards). Try our yummy Mild Chicken Italian Sausage!!

Pork Chops (bone-in/thick or thin cuts), Steaks, Shoulder Roasts (Boston Butt), spareribs and more! Other cuts: Back Fat (Great for making your own lard, sausage, or using just like it is to grease your skillet!).
Smoked Jowl, pork belly, Canadian bacon, and hocks!!
We're also carrying a variety of hardwood smoked bacon sausage options from Big Fork (from Berkshire Hogs raised on pasture): Bacon & Ale, Cracked Black Pepper, Maple & Brown Sugar, and Portabella Bacon Sausage (we will be re-stocking more varieties this week). Turkey (frozen for the season): Whole, Breast, Thighs, Drumsticks, Wings, Soup Bones (including backs and feet), and Organ Meats. We also have ground turkey by the pound! If looking for boneless/skinless turkey breast, please order a week ahead!
