Looking forward to some delicious food with friends and family this week? Everyone is sure to gobble-gobble up the pastured turkey from Acorn Acres Farm, so make sure to put in your last-minute pre-order for your bird today, while very limited supplies last! 

Don't forget the appetizers — we have apples, pasture-raised cheeses, and farm-fresh seasonal vegetables to make your charcuterie board shine. Plus fresh, organic, local apple cider (delicious served cold or toasty warm with spices). We'll be open with extended hours:

Produce

This week’s harvest includes a variety of fresh herbs, leafy greens, root vegetables, squash, and more while supplies last! 

  • Apples—fresh, local, delicious, and like the rest of what we do, no chemicals! We have a fresh batch this week of Honeycrisp, Gala, Jonagold, and Apple Cider in half gallon containers too!

  • Beets

  • Blueberries (frozen)

  • Cabbage (green)

  • Carrots—These are a nice size this week!

  • Elderberries (frozen)

  • Garlic—beautiful, large bulbs in limited supply!

  • Herbs — limited supply of fresh and dried options; pre-order to confirm varieties & availability!

  • Horseradish

  • Jerusalem Artichokes

  • Lettuce (crisp and delicious heads)!

  • Squash — enjoy the varieties rich in vitamins A, B6, and C as well as folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and especially potassium. Helpful tools to help our bodies prepare for and endure the cold winter months ahead!!

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!

  • A2 protein/grass-fed cow's milk, butter, buttermilk, cheese (cottage and a variety of others), Eggnog, French dip, Kefir (plain), sour cream, yogurt (plain), & whipping cream AND Goat Cheese this week!

  • Chicken & Duck eggs

Meat Availability

This week’s options (while supplies last) include:

  • Beef Prime Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and Sirloin Steaks in very limited supply!

  • Beef Savory Steaks: Chuck Arm Steaks, Cubed, Round (Eye, Top, and Bottom), PLUS Flat Iron, Mock Tenderloin, Skirt and more!

  • Beef Roasts: Rump (or Rolled Rump), Sirloin Tip and Top & Bottom Round Roasts!

  • Beef Grill Options: Ground (including ground beef and chuck), Patties (3 or 4/pkg), Stew Meat, Soup Bones, Suet (Great for making your own tallow or using just like it is to grease your skillet!)) and more! We're also carrying The Brooklyn Hot Dog Company dogs: Beef & Pork! Chef Tony takes great pride in his work as he seeks the best possible ingredients both in the quality of the meat and in the spices that go into his dogs!

  • Chicken (frozen available this week): Whole and Cut-ups (breasts--boneless & bone in, drums, leg quarters, thighs, and wings), Ground Chicken, Soup Bones (necks and backs) and Organ Meats (feet, heart, liver & gizzards). 

  • Lamb: 

    • Ground Lamb or Ground Lamb Patties—4 pieces/patty,

    • Lamb Loin, Rib, Sirloin, or Shoulder Chops

    • Lamb Merguez Sausage Links—re-stocked this week! Enjoy sweet, delicious, and savory scents! These sell fast, try them while you can!

    • Lamb Ribs or Soup Bones

    • Lamb Stew Meat, Shank, Leg of Lamb (Bone In), Lamb Shoulder, Arm & Neck Roast, and organ meats

  • Pork: Sweet Italian & Hot Italian, Ethiopian Berbere, Fresh Kielbasa, Merquez, Mild Breakfast, Real Vermonter's Maple, and Oaxacan Adobo Sausage this week! All from our pannage raised pork and organically sourced spice blends (featuring the Teeny Tiny Spice Co).

    • Pork Chops (thick and thin), steaks, and more! Other cuts: Organ Meats (ask about our 2 for 1 options), Back Fat (Great for making your own lard, sausage, or using just like it is to grease your skillet!).

    • We have Bacon and Ham Hocks in limited supply, if you haven't come by yet this summer for a taste, please do before supplies run out!

    • We're also carrying a variety of smoked bacon sausage options from Big Fork (from Berkshire Hogs raised on pasture): Maple & Brown Sugar Bacon, Hickory & Applewood Bacon, Aged Cheddar Bacon, Bacon & Ale, and Chicken & Bacon Sausage.   • Rabbits: Whole!

  • Salmon: Kvarøy Arctic Rope Hung, Smoked Salmon sustainably raised in Norway where they are doing what they can to protect our seas and share their long traditions with the rest of us. Their waters and fish are pristine, and the Kvarøy Arctic team is working tirelessly to keep it that way. “We must leave the environment in the same or better shape than when we began.” —Alf-Gøran Knutsen, CEO of Kvarøy Arctic. We are out of the Salmon Filets & Burgers but hope to re-stock in Jan 2023!

  • Turkey (frozen): Whole, Breast, Thighs, Drumsticks, Wings, Soup Bones (including backs and feet), and Organ Meats. We have our ground turkey back!

    • Whole turkeys available for pre-order on a first come, first serve basis! We are closing the order form soon so please get your orders in asap for turkeys 18 lbs and up, if you're still interested!
