Free-range Turkeys, Fresh Produce, & More! (+This Week's Meat, Dairy & Veggies)
Turkeys are getting nervous because it’s almost that time of the year! Make sure to get your order in soon; we'll have limited quantities of pastured turkey, and plenty of other seasonal goods like pumpkins, potatoes, cranberries, organic cranberry preserve (delicious with turkey!), sweet potatoes, sweet onions, and more!
We'll also have a select and limited supply of prime rib roast, whole chickens, smoked ham, brisket, chuck roasts, sirloin tip, and rump roast.

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally!

Meat Availability

Turkey: Available for pre-order on a first come, first serve basis!
Prime Steak: FLASH NEWS We expect all Prime Steaks to be available by Thursday this week!
Beef Savory Steaks: Swiss, Cubed, Round, Eye of Round, Top, as well as Bottom AND Mock Tenderloin, Flat Iron, Skirt, Flank, and Chuck eye should also be available by Thursday!
Beef Roasts: Chuck, Arm, Sirloin Tip, Rump, Eye of Round, and Top & Bottom Round Roasts. Brisket should be back by Thursday!
Beef & Beef Grill Options: Ground (including ground beef, chuck, and sirloin), Patties (3 or 4 per package), Stew Meat, Soup Bones, Shank Bones, Tallow and more! We're also carrying The Brooklyn Hot Dog Company dogs: Classic Beef, Beef & Pork, Buffalo (Chicken & Pork), Pepperoni (Pork & Beef), and Gyro (Pork & Beef — traditional Greek gyro ingredients)! Their chef, Tony, takes great pride in his work as he seeks the best possible ingredients both in the quality of the meat and in the spices that go into his dogs!
Pork: Limited supply of Sausage including but not limited to Breakfast, Italian (Hot, Regular, or Sweet), Merguez, Oaxacan Adobo, Polish, Tolucan Chorizo, and Real Vermonter's Maple. All from our pannage raised pork and organically sourced spice blends. Loin Chops (thick and thin), Center Cut, and Sirloin Chops. Other cuts: Neck Bones, Soup Bones, Organ Meats, Back Fat (Great for making your own lard or using just like it is to grease your skillet!), Smoked Ham Hocks, and a very limited supply of Hams and Ham Slices. We're also carrying a variety of smoked bacon sausage options from Big Fork (from Berkshire Hogs raised on a pasture): Hickory & Applewood Bacon, Aged Cheddar Bacon, and Maple & Brown Sugar Bacon! Request a letter from the chef, Lance, for details about his practices when placing your order! Note: we hope to have our 100% natural cure bacon back by mid-to-late November.
Lamb: Chops: loin, rib, and shoulder. Roasts: Arm, Leg, Neck, Meaty Shanks, Rack of Ribs & Rack of Loins, Ground, Soup Bones. While supplies last!
Goat: Shoulder, Arm, Neck, Leg Roasts, Meaty Shanks, Rib & Loin Chops, Rack of Ribs & Rack of Loins, Shoulder & Leg Chops (including sirloin), Ground, Stew Meat, Organ Meats, Soup Bones. All great for Indian curry dishes and more!
Chicken (frozen): Whole, Cut-ups (bone-in/skin on & boneless/skinless breast, drumsticks, wings), Ground Chicken, Soup Bones (necks, backs, feet) and Organ Meats (heart, liver, gizzards)
