Sweet corn is in!

Fresh sweet corn is available at our Chesterton shop now! 🌽 Our corn is grown on our family farm with organic, non-GMO, heirloom seeds with no synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides.

This corn may be a little different than what you're used to.

When you visit the shop, you'll find the corn tucked away in the fridge to stay fresh.  For best results, eat the day you purchase — or store in a zipper bag in the fridge for 1-2 days. We grow traditional heirloom varieties from certified-organic seed. Unlike new hybrids and GMO varieties that have been engineered for long shelf life, heirloom corn is only sweet and crisp for a short time. We taste it every day to ensure quality. Fresh sweet corn is even delicious raw!

When you stop in, stock up for the grill! We've got lots of cuts perfect for grilling, including:

• grass-fed burgers
• pastured hot dogs and sausages
• pastured half chickens and drumsticks
• veggie burgers and tempeh

We hope to have corn for about 3-4 weeks, but the season is up to the weather, so don't wait too long! See you soon!
