We know this is a tough time for everyone. We’re feeling it too, but what’s really made this easier is your ongoing support!

Let us serve you: We are very grateful to our customers for following store signage by keeping a safe distance and allowing us to serve them in the coolers.

One customer at a time: As a friendly reminder, if you see a customer in the store, we are asking that you kindly remain in your car until they leave. If you choose to order ahead (see below), you'll still get what you came for (or learn about alternatives in advance if we do not have everything on your list).

Keep personal items off counter: We ask that you avoid setting personal items such as reusable bags, purses, and backpacks on the counter. 

Pack your own reusable bags: While we're big fans of reusable bags, it’s important to remember that bacteria can live on many surfaces, including reusable bags. For now, we ask all customers to pack your own bags rather than hand your bag to us to pack. 

Use credit/debit cards when possible: Typically, cash is an ideal payment method for independent retailers because it enables us to avoid credit card processing fees. But at this time, credit card payment is preferred since it reduces contact. 

Practice good hygiene: Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. Please also make sure you cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing or use a tissue and discard immediately.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please look after yourself and the wider community by resting at home.  
 

Flour & Fresh Bread

This week, we'll have more sourdough bread from Joe's Bread as well as fermented hummus. 

We also carry the flour that Joe uses, which comes from Janie's Mill: local, organic, and fresh stoneground for additional flavor and nutrients! We have Organic Italian Style Pizza Flour 🍕, Cracked Wheat (raw bulgar), Cracked Rye, Wheat Bran, Warthog Wheat Berries, Turkey Red Wheat Berries, Spelt and Einkorn Berries, and other great options for mixing cereals, buns, biscuits, pancakes, and bread for breakfast and beyond.
 

Meat & Veggies

We also have sustainably raised, local produce in limited supply, along with our usual selection of pastured meats, eggs, and cheese, as well as pantry items. We are out of lamb chops and running very low on pork. Pork will be restocked in two weeks.

If you prefer to pre-order for next week, please send your "wish list" orders to order@acornacresfarm.com by Monday so that we can try to accommodate them Thursday - Saturday.
