This Week's Produce & More

This week we've got a bountiful selection of naturally grown produce, pasture-raised meats, and lots of new grocery items, including new dairy choices: pasture-raised, non-homogenized, low temperature pasteurized milk (so rich & creamy!); whipping cream; butter; half and half; buttermilk; sour cream; cottage cheese; and yogurt. We also still have amazing raw cheese from Green Gold and Jacobs & Brichford — all pastured, A2 protein cows.

Remember that you can choose curbside pickup on the order form, and we'll pop your order straight into your trunk — easy-peasy!

As always, our produce is GMO-free and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides — and we make sure it stays that way, even for crops that are tricky to grow naturally! 

Meat Availability

This week’s options (while supplies last) include:

  • Beef Prime Steaks: Sirloin, Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, NY Strip (boneless), Bone In NY Strip

  • Beef Savory (low and slow) Steaks: Swiss, Cubed, Round, Eye of Round, Top, and Bottom, Sirloin Tip, Hanging Tender

  • Beef Roast/Bone Options: Chuck, Chuck Arm, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Short Ribs, Shank Bones, Stew Meat, Soup Bones

  • Beef Ground and Patties (3 or 4/pkg)

  • Pork: Smoked Ham Hocks, Neck Bones, Back Fat
    (Next availability for roasts and sausage target date: 11/12/2020 and smoked bacon varieties as well as some hams should be available the following week 11/19/2020.)

  • Lamb: Loin, Rib, Shoulder, and Sirloin Chops, Ground, Patties, Stew Meat, Soup Bones

  • Goat: Loin, Rib, Shoulder, Leg Chops, Ground, Soup Bones

  • Chicken: Whole, Ground, Cut-ups, Soup bones (necks, backs, feet), and Organ Meats (Gizzards, Liver, Heart)

  • Turkey — Best selection when we restock on Friday: Necks, Gizzards, Hearts, Livers, and Cut-ups (including breast, drumsticks, wings, etc.) (or order a whole bird)
